This equipment is pneumatically controlled. Compressed air drives the cylinder piston to squeeze the liquid material into the pre-charged can. The machine is equipped with a hopper for continuous filling. The can positioner can be adjusted to match different can diameters. The filling head can be adjusted up and down to fit different can heights.

Additional filling head parts are available for male and female aerosol valve filling. Filling volume can be easily adjusted. The machine is compact and considerably automated. It is a good fit for small batch production with a daily output of about 5000 bottles.
