Understanding Customer's Needs

For customization requirements, pre-sales sales manager obtain comprehensive understanding of customer’s needs through effective communication, and feedback to the design engineer for proposal designing.

Proposal Designing

Design engineers combine customer needs with expertise and experience to design the most reasonable solution.

Proposal Finalizing

The technical department discusses and reviews internally, and then sends the final solution to the customer for confirmation. The production department produces on the confirmed drawing.

MACHINING

ASSEMBLY

Each member in Cuscolor team is a veteran.

With processed components and the accessories, our sophasticated workers assemble the machine by hand and tool. Using their vast experience and extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical pneumatics, they transform the separate parts into work of art.

TESTING

After each machine is assembled, a special engineer will test it and sign a certificate of conformity to ensure that each product sent to the customer is qualified.

PACKAGING

Each product is packaged well for shipment. We will use hard honeycomb paperboard carton box with shock absorbing foam inside for product protection. The whole package will also be shrinked with a film to avoid any damage due to moisture during transportation.
